Let me be upfront honest. If you are not having breakfast, you are doing life wrong. 

Sorry, let me rephrase that. If you are not eating correctly,you are doing life wrong, you will make no progress. See no differences. Make no gains, or improve your health.


Nutrition is NUMBER 1. Think, before you train, what are you running on? 

I eat according to my training (high intensity, muscle taxing, 5-6 times a week, very physically demanding) I must eat to match that. (Regularly, large portions, complex carbs, high protein and natural fat content). Wether you want to loose fat, gain muscle, increase your fitness or are just starting out, you must:

  1. Eat breakfast. This is number 1 for a reason.
  2. Consume protein, complex carbs (like fruit and veg) and natural fats. 
  3. Fats. Yes I said fats. Natural fats, like avocados, olives, nuts, so forth.
  4. Cut out the shit. Do not buy it and you won’t have it staring at you in your cupboard. Is it whole and natural? Buy it, consume it. 
  5. Eat regularly, sensible portions, and regularly. Again, regularly. Regularly.

I was showing my sea*star (who took this photo) one of the most amazing places on the island and we relaxed in this warm, shallow pool outstretched. And the waves lapped at our bodies. And the sun was kissing our skin. And the light danced all around us. And Mother Sea hummed us underwater songs that we needed to hear. Pure salty bliss
